Getting Started with Your Days ovulation calendar
Step 1. Register an account and Login your calendar Your Days is a web based free ovulation calendar, to get access to your personal calendar you need to register an account for free. It is very easy and fast. See Registering and Logging in in for more details. Step 2. Enter your menstrual cycle data. Your Days ovulation calendar calculates your fertility based on your menstrual cycle information. To generate the calendar, you must enter the first day of your last menstrual period, the length of your menstrual cycle, and the length of your luteal phase if you know it. To enter these data, click the link update days in the Options area:
See Editing Menstrual Cycle Data for more details. Step 2. Choose your goal and calendar method. Your Days ovulation calendar is designed to help you get pregnant or avoid an unwanted pregnancy. It also allows you to choose the gender of your baby. There are two calendar methods avaliable: Precise and Fixed Days calendar method, both of them are very trustable methods but Precise calendar take in account more parameters and offers you more detailed information, and Fixed Days is more simple method. To select your goal and calendar method, choose them Options area:
Read Choosing a calendar method for more information. Step 4. Use the calendar to determine your fertile and non-fertile days. After you enter the menstrual cycle data and choose your goal and calendar method, Your Days ovulation calendar calculates your fertile periods and shows the results as a color-coded calendar:
The fertile days are shown in green, the non-fertile days are shown in white, and the days of menstruation flow are marked in red. The most fertile day is the day of ovulation; it is marked with light green and italic text number. The heart symbols indicate the favorable days for conceiving a baby of the desired gender, and the stop sign shows that you should abstain from intercourse on these days to avoid unwanted pregnancy. The days marked with a star means that you have Diary notes entries on these days. The actual day is marked with a bold number in the calendar area, and the day you have selected is marked with a blue square around the day number. When you click on a day in the calendar area, you select this day and Your Days ovulation calendar shows medical comments and recommendations for that day:
If you click the link Go today, you can select directly the actual day. Step 6. Enter and read your Diary notes. You can enter Diary notes for every day. You can update and delete easily your daily notes with the Save and Delete buttons:
