In order to use Ovulation Calendar, you must enter the following information describing your monthly menstrual cycle:
The first day of your last menstrual period.
The length of your menstrual cycle.
The length of your luteal phase, if you know it.
To enter the menstrual cycle information, click in the link update days in Options area:
After you click the link update days, you will see this new area Days Configuration where it was Options:
Enter the day, month and year of the first day of your last menstrual period. You can click the link Use the selected day to select the actual selected day in the calendar area as the first day of period.
Enter the length of your menstrual cycle in days. To determine the number of days in your cycle, count the days beginning with the first day of your last menstrual period (first day of bleeding) up to and including the day before your next period. An average length of the menstrual cycle is 28 days.
Enter the length of your luteal phase in days. The luteal phase is the part
of the menstrual cycle that starts at ovulation and ends the day before your
next period. If you are not sure about the length of your luteal phase, you
can assume it is 14 days (the average length for most women). See Luteal
