My hubby and i have been trying to get pregnant for 4 months now, i feel like im doing everything right but then my period always shows up on time. Im now taking folic acid and eating right, trying to de-stress and i have my fertility calender all ready........ is there anything else i need to do to ensure we nail it this time round?

Do you have an ovulation kit? You might need to get one so you can catch your surge.

I am the same way. Been trying for four months. Using calendar, BBT and OPK tests and still nothing. I got my hopes up a few times thinking I was pregnant but AF always shows up. I am trying not to get too stressed about it. If it does not happen this month, we will probably go in for testing since we are both older and don't have time to waste

my husband and i are also trying and have been since may. no period this month and two negative pregnancy tests

Have been "regular" with my cycles so don't know what's up...any ideas? Feel like we can't try when we don't know when we can! Have just bought ovulation kits too

Have been trying for months ans AF always seems to show up. My husband and I have gone for testing since we are both older and are waiting for the results. I have just finished the clomid challenge test and have gone for the HSG test. Getting very stressed out because I (which I know is not good for me ) don't know what else I can do.

Hi Chart, have you ever been tested to see if your fallopian tubes are blocked? I have been on fertility pills for the last 3 months and nothing. My doctor suggested that I must get an HSG done to see if my fallopian tubes are block. I had an D and C about 7 months ago and it's a possibility that my tubes are blocked. Just thought I might run that by you because you should've gotten pregnant by now. You never know.

You must consult your doctor regarding the matter. It is either you or your husband needs a special medical treatment. It is really sad if you know that you can not bear a child.
