Blocked Fallopian Tubes

Hello everyone! Previously I had posted in the conception forum that I was taking some fertility medication and I have not conceived yet. I went to my fertility clinic and my Dr. suggested that I might need to get and HSG done soon. I was wondering has anybody had blocked tubes and still conceive if had only one tube blocked? I have not yet went to get my HSG done.
